“At ang tanging binago namin sa RU ay ang Sun Palace at Moon Tower,” dagdag pa ni Crescent. “Iyon ngang facility sa ilalim ng Ru ay nalaman lang namin nang buksan iyon ni Ry.”
Bumaling naman ako kay Zhairy. “What about you? Did they tell you anything when you bought the underground facility?”
“They never told me anything but I was aware that there are diamond mines in that mountain,” sagot niya. “Aside from that, there are also magnesium, titanium, iron, and gold mines in that mountain.”
Nanlaki ang mga mata namin sa sinabi nito.
“What the hell?” sambit ni Trick. “Sa mga minahang iyon pa lang ay sapat nang dahilan para magkagulo ang lahat para lang makuha ang kontrol doon.”
“I never told anyone about it because the owner only sold the school and the prison arena,” dagdag niya. “The other parts of the mountain were still considered as private property of the owner.”
All the information about that mountain was considered confidential. Kahit nga ang mismong may-ari nito ay hindi kilala ng lahat.
Ang tanging nakausap lang nila Jin at Zhairy para bilhin ang mga facilities na pag-aari nila ngayon ay ang lawyer nito.
Kaya wala akong ideya kung paano nakarating sa mga Aletta ang tungkol sa likas na yaman ng lupain na iyon. At nasisiguro ko na sila din ang dahilan kung bakit ito kumalat sa kaalaman ng ibang bansa.

“The Regio,” walang gana niyang sambit na ikinakunot ng noo ko.
“Can you elaborate?”
Inis niyang ginulo ang buhok pagkuwa’y bumuntong hininga. “This is only according to the records that I have read at the Palace’s library so I am not sure if this is all true. But Regio Clan is one of the first families that migrated here together with Avenir, Xermin, Gacela, Valen, Ionia and Tabian.”
“So, there are originally seven families that founded this country?”
Tumango siya. “We should have seven regions here but the Regio Clan doesn’t want to rule over people. They only decided to build a school for future military and knights for the country and a prison so they chose the mountain.”
“Their role here is to train future protectors of this land.”
Tumango siyang muli. “And it is only temporary,” dagdag niya. “They only trained three generations of military and knights. After that, they closed RU and transferred all the prisoners they had to Prison Island. And they live privately, without everyone knowing their contribution to this land.”
As far as I know, the only Regio Clan that I know was the one that originated in Northern America.
Sobrang private nila sa personal na buhay at halos hindi dumadalo sa kahit na anong public event. And just like our family, they never reveal their children until they reach a certain age of adulthood.
They never flaunt their wealth. They were humble and ran a lot of charities that they personally funded because most of their business was related to mining high-value ores just like diamonds and gold.
Mayroon din silang sariling jewelry brand store na considered nang luxury brand all over the world.
They are wealthy in terms of everything just like our family but I have never expected that they are also one of the founding families of Avenir Kingdom.
“Are they staying in Avenir?”
“Yup,” mabilis niyang sagot. “After their promised duty to this country, they lived in the Royal Region quietly, trying to avoid any conflict with any other family. I think they are still there.”
“The summary of what is happening right now is that Aletta, together with those countries attacking our borders, want to get a hold of Regio Mountain,” Cloud said.
Inis kong ginulo ang buhok ko. “Bakit ba kailangan pa nilang paguluhin ang mundo kung pwede naman nilang bilhin ang rights ng kung anong parte ng bundok ang gusto nila,” sabi ko. “Just like what Jin and Ry did.”
“Tingin ko, nananatili pa din sa bundok na iyon ang Carmello Gold na gusto ding makuha ng mga ganid na iyon,” dagdag ni Zhairy.
Napabuntong hininga ako. “Humans are so greedy when it comes to material things.”
